BEST SPECIALIST WE’VE EVER MET

Actually, Mei Jai left us for nearly a month (1/11/2019) and her cremation was performed a few days ago. We want to say a big thank you to you for a long, but a nice thank you card is really difficult to find. Thank you Dr. Lawren. Thanks for your professional advice and care in these days. To be a good vet, you do not only provide us prognosis/diagnosis, but you also provide us with support and empathy.

You are the best specialist we have ever met as you explained the care to us in details in with patience. Thanks for always being kind and thankful. Thanks to your team for their care during the procedures and hospitalization. Thanks for being an animal’s lifesaver, and let’s keep providing the best care to them.

Even though Mai Jai has left us, but she still taught us loads. Cherish every moment with your beloved. Keep smiling and take care!

Feh Feh passed away almost 2 months, we still miss her so much. In the past 13 years, she always encouraged us and made us happy when we’re sad. She was really a great dog.

Dear Dr. Lawren,

Thank you for helping Allie through his very last moment, and make sure that he was comfortable and treated with love and care.

My family and I are very grateful that you have guided us through this journey ever so compassionately and led our small children on their first lesson on departure so graciously.

We are going to sprinkle Allie’s ashes under our favourite tree later this morning.

Our children asked - first it was us, then Dr. Lawren. But who is going to look after Allie on rainbow bridge? Will he get used to living there?
